Born in Ogden, Utah, Freddy Sanchez is a Salvadoran American.  He moved to Mohave County in 1998.  His career in Real Estate started early as he watched his father buy and sell real estate as an investor and started working with his father on his construction jobs at 16.

Freddy earned his Real Estate license at 20 years old and already has several rentals of his own.  He is proficient with buyers and sellers, always there to help his clients achieve their goals.  Freddy is one of the most experienced agents around when it comes to HUD properties.  He graciously helps other agents get through the process.

An avid outdoorsman, Freddy enjoys being outside be it hiking, swimming, or at the park playing basketball.  Freddy has also held licensure as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Life Insurance Agent, and is still currently a Notary. When he finds the time, he’d like to restore classic muscle cars.   And rest assured, if there’s food involved, Freddy will be there!
